Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino requires all individuals seeking legal assistance to complete an application prior to receiving legal assistance.  You must select the application that corresponds to where the legal assistance will be given.  For instance, if you are going to the San Bernardino office you should download and fill out the San Bernardino application.  You can view and fill out the application on a computer by opening the application in Adobe Reader.  If you do not have Adobe Reader, a free version can be obtained here  (click for free version of Adobe Reader).  Once you have downloaded and installed Adobe Reader, you can download an application and  fill it out.  After you have completed the application, you must print the application out, since you will be unable to save the infomration you entered into the application.  If you prefer to fill out the application by hand simply download the application, open it in Adobe Reader, and print the application.
